This website serves as a forum through which community-based groups and experts in a variety of development-related fields can submit solutions-oriented proposals and commentary on policy making.  Our goal is to bring such proposals and commentary to the attention of elected officials and thereby advocate on behalf of the people that our government is supposed to serve.

Proposals must be well-structured and focused on one of the development-related themes described in the About Us section.  Please provide a concise introduction that summarizes the need, the solution and the means of implementation to be elaborated in the body of the proposal.

In the true nature of a coalition, RLC offers this website as a forum for a variety of solutions-oriented proposals that adhere to RLC's general principles, but RLC and its founders do not necessarily endorse any individual proposals or details therein.
